By accessing or using Prayer Warrior ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prayer Warrior is a mobile application designed to help users deepen their prayer life through:

  • Scripture-guided prayer generation using AI technology
  • Prayer request tracking and management
  • Daily scripture verses and devotionals
  • Prayer circles for community prayer
  • Prayer history and spiritual insights
  • Marking prayers as answered

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Prayer Warrior offers a premium subscription with the following terms:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features
  • Subscription Price: $39.99 per year (approximately $3.33/month)
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies

5. Premium Features

Premium subscribers have access to:

  • Unlimited Scripture-guided AI prayer generation
  • "Pray with Scripture" feature for personalized prayers
  • Unlimited prayer request saving and tracking
  • Full prayer journal and history features
  • Prayer insights and statistics

6. AI-Generated Content

Prayer Warrior uses artificial intelligence to generate Scripture-based prayers. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated prayers are meant to assist and inspire, not replace personal prayer
  • Generated content references Holy Bible Scripture but should be verified against your preferred Bible translation
  • The App is a spiritual tool, not a substitute for pastoral counsel or professional advice
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all generated content is theologically perfect

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any prayer requests, notes, or other content you submit. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service. You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Contains spam or malicious content
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your prayer requests and personal data are kept confidential. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prayer Warrior only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content and Scripture quotations), is owned by Prayer Warrior and protected by intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are used in accordance with fair use principles for religious and educational purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAYER WARRIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
